At Mission City, he kills Bonecrusher and battles Megatron, but Sam pushes the AllSpark into Megatron's chest, killing him and destroying the cube as a result, Cybertron can no longer be restored. In the first film, Optimus Prime arrives on Earth with Ratchet, Ironhide, and Jazz trying to find the AllSpark. The title of Prime is bestowed upon the civilian and spiritual leader of Cybertron.
By the end of The Last Knight, the surviving Autobots (Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Hound, Drift, Crosshairs, Cogman, Daytrader, Hot Rod, Sqweeks, Wheelie, Topspin, Roadbuster, Brains, Mirage/Dino, Trench, Bulldog, Grimlock, Slug, the Mini Dinobots, and the HMS Alliance Autobot) and the Knights of Iacon leave Earth and return to Cybertron.
